LAST ONE! I've posted one photo per night, just before lights out,  throughout February - a final look at London Town after long day walking and blogging.

The London Nightly Photoblog will return in August 2016…

#plaque366 #WorldBookDay Special! Charles Dickens @WorldBookDayUK

A London commemorative plaque for every day in 2016.

The plaques are selected from all walks of life, and all points of the London compass – and I'm taking requests too!

DROP ME A LINE or leave a comment below if you'd like to nominate a plaque for inclusion in the series

With World Book Day UK taking place this Thursday 3rd March my #Plaque366 series today (and every day until Thursday) features a famous author.

On World Book Day 2016, children are encouraged to come to school dressed up as their favourite character from a book. Which character would you pick?

Be sure to visit the World Book Day 2016 website here: http://www.worldbookday.com/

(Parenting note: With World Book Day this Thursday it meant that I only had to iron FOUR school uniforms this weekend as opposed to five. HOORAY for World Book Day!)

Here's Charles Dickens in Cranleigh Street, the site of a house where Dickens lived in Somers Town…

Last December, in honour of Bob Cratchit, I walked from Cornill to this plaque (above) in Somers Town in emulation of Bob's "commute" to work. Catch up with what I saw at the following links:
